Moose Jaw, SK – July 6, 2025
The Moose Jaw Miller Express return home to Ross Wells Park this afternoon to host the Lethbridge Bulls in a highly anticipated Western Canadian Baseball League matchup. First pitch is set for 2:05 PM.
The Miller Express (13-17) are looking to build momentum after a challenging stretch on the road. Offensively, Moose Jaw will lean on Austin Gurney, who’s swinging one of the hottest bats in the league with a .403 average, 52 hits, and 39 RBIs. Outfielder William Edwards has also been a force, batting .373 with 5 home runs and 33 RBIs.
On the mound, expect a staff effort to keep the Bulls in check. The Miller Express pitching staff will look to bounce back and limit a Lethbridge lineup that enters the day hitting .285 as a team.
The Bulls (18-11) have been powered by Bernie Socarras (.441 AVG, 30 hits) and Carter Claerhout (.330 AVG, 5 HR), providing plenty of offense for a pitching staff anchored by Levi Abbott, who owns a remarkable 0.28 ERA over 31 innings.
Today’s game is proudly presented by Paice Construction.
