MOOSE JAW, SK – The Moose Jaw Miller Express are back at Ross Wells Park on Thursday night looking to extend one of the hottest streaks in the Western Canadian Baseball League.

The Millers (30-11) welcome the Swift Current 57’s for a 7:05 p.m. first pitch, carrying a 12-game winning streak into the contest while sitting alone atop the WCBL East Division. Moose Jaw also boasts a perfect 10-0 record over its last 10 games and is on the verge of securing a berth in the 2026 WCBL Playoffs.

The Express have been one of the league’s most complete teams throughout the season. Offensively, Moose Jaw has crossed the plate 364 times, while the pitching staff and defense have combined to produce an impressive +103 run differential.

The club’s success has been led by six WCBL All-Stars. Nathan Pisio has anchored the bullpen with a stellar 2.20 ERA, while Thomas Soto continues to pace the offense with a .348 batting average, 55 hits, 53 runs scored, and 38 stolen bases. Chris Franks has been one of the league’s most dangerous hitters, batting .367 with 41 RBIs, while William Edwards has added a .333 average and 38 RBIs. On the mound, Westin Walls has struck out 66 batters, and Jacob Glazener has recorded seven wins and 57 strikeouts, giving the Millers one of the deepest pitching staffs in the WCBL.

Thursday’s matchup also marks another Rosie’s on River Thirsty Thursday, with Beer Batter Pricing available throughout the game whenever the Millers record a strikeout.
