Moose Jaw enters the game riding plenty of momentum with a 9-4 record, sitting just a half-game behind the East Division-leading Saskatoon Berries. The Express offense has been one of the most dangerous in the league, scoring 129 runs in just 13 games while batting an impressive .309 as a team.

On the mound, Moose Jaw has received solid performances from Weston Walls, who owns a 3.05 ERA with 23 strikeouts, while Jordan Bauer (2.16 ERA) and Nathan Pisio (2 saves) have anchored the bullpen.
