MOOSE JAW, SK – Playoff baseball is coming back to Ross Wells Park.
The Moose Jaw Miller Express have officially clinched a berth in the 2026 Western Canadian Baseball League playoffs, continuing what has been one of the club’s most successful regular seasons in recent memory. The Millers have combined timely hitting, outstanding pitching, and consistent play throughout the summer to secure their place in the postseason while also sitting atop the East Division standings.
After falling just short of a championship run in 2025, this year’s team has responded with determination from Opening Day. The players have embraced a team-first mentality, delivering quality baseball on both sides of the ball while putting together one of the league’s best records.
“This group has earned everything they’ve accomplished,” said the Miller Express. “They’ve shown resilience, character, and a commitment to each other every single day. Clinching a playoff spot is an important milestone, but this team knows there’s still plenty of work to do.”
The support from Miller Express fans has played a significant role throughout the season. Ross Wells Park has once again become one of the best atmospheres in the WCBL, with fans creating a true home-field advantage every night.
While clinching a playoff berth is worth celebrating, the Millers remain focused on finishing the regular season strong. With the East Division title and playoff positioning still on the line, every remaining game carries added importance as the team prepares for postseason baseball.
