The Moose Jaw Miller Express are back at Ross Wells Park tonight looking to respond after a tough 7-5 loss to the Saskatoon Berries in their last outing.

Moose Jaw enters the matchup sitting 14-8, second in the East Division, while Medicine Hat comes in at 11-15. The Millers remain right in the hunt near the top of the division and will look to use home field to get back in the win column.

The Miller Express offence continues to be led by Chris Franks, who has been one of the top bats in the WCBL this season. Franks has posted 26 hits, eight doubles, 25 RBI and eight stolen bases, while Thomas Soto has been a spark plug with 21 stolen bases, 16 walks and 25 runs scored.

On the mound, Moose Jaw has received strong work from Westin Walls, who has recorded 33 strikeouts over 32.2 innings, while Jacob Glazener has been a key arm with 35 strikeouts and a 4-1 record. Out of the bullpen, Nathan Pisio has helped close the door with three saves and a 3.24 ERA.

Medicine Hat brings plenty of offence into the matchup as well, making tonight another important test for the Millers as they continue their push in the East Division standings.

First pitch is set for 7:05 PM at Ross Wells Park.
