The Moose Jaw Miller Express return to Ross Wells Park tonight looking to keep their momentum rolling as they welcome the Energy City Cactus Rats for the first game of a two-game set. First pitch is scheduled for 7:05 p.m. as the homestand continues.

The Millers have been one of the hottest teams in the WCBL, fueled by an explosive offense that continues to produce from top to bottom. Moose Jaw enters the matchup batting .319 as a team, with five regulars hitting .338 or better. Thomas Soto leads the club with 55 hits and 36 stolen bases, while Chris Franks tops the team with 39 RBIs. Eduardo Saenz continues to swing a hot bat, hitting .395, and Garryn Plummer is batting .376 with four home runs and 37 RBIs.

On the mound, the Miller Express pitching staff has shown steady improvement throughout the season. Westin Walls leads the rotation with a 3.77 ERA and 66 strikeouts, while Jacob Quiles owns six victories and Nathan Pisio has been outstanding with a 2.20 ERA in limited action.

The visiting Cactus Rats feature an offense led by Rogan Rivard (.421), Luke Wilson (.383), Kaidan Baron (.322), and Steven Fermin (.305), giving Energy City plenty of firepower of its own. On the pitching side, Kingston Besuijen (3.63 ERA), Justin Puello (3.60 ERA), and Matt Sevensma (4.50 ERA) have been among their most reliable arms this season.
